Roberto Costi was born at Castelnovo ne 'Monti (RE) January 20, 1970. The music becomes an important point of reference since the tender age, thanks mainly to his dad Umberto, with which listen so much opera. In December, 2004, plays the role of Gabriel in the opera '' Simon Boccanegra'' at the Piemonte Theaters. In July, 2005, plays the role of F.B. Pinkerton in the opera '' Madama Butterfly'', directed by Maestro Donato Renzetti, in Rome. In August, 2005, plays the role of Turiddu in the opera '' Cavalleria Rusticana'', performance in the concert form, at Silvio Pellico Theater in Trecate. In December, 2005, debutes in the role of Fritz in the opera ''L'amico Fritz'' by Mascagni. The same year he plays Alfredo in the opera '' La Traviata'' in the Piemonte Theaters. In February, 2006, portrays the role of Mantova's Duke, in the Opera of Rome. In March, in the Opera of Rome, he takes the role of Conte di Leicester in ''Maria Stuarda''. Along with the theatrical career he pursuits the intensive musical/concert activity in Italy ( Verona, Modena, Bologna, Parma, Rome ecc.) as well as abroad ( Germany, Hungary, Switzerland ecc.) During that year he also takes part in the operas of Reggio Emilia: ''Elisir D'Amore'' and ''Rigoletto''. August, 2009, portrays the role of ''Turiddu'' in the opera '' Cavalleria Rusticana'' nella rassagna estiva '' Borghi e Valli'' in Casteggio and also in the stagione lirica estiva of Bellano at Lake Como. January, February, 2010, once again plays the part of Pinkerton in ''Madama Butterfly'' in Athens. Aprile, 2010, takes again the part of Canio in the opera '' I Pagliacci'' in Acireale, Catania. May, 2010, plays Turiddu in the opra ''Cavalleria Rusticana'' in Felino, Parma. From Jun till October, 2010, takes part in many concerts in Italy as well as abroad. November, 2010, is one of the gust of the Italian Embassy in Minsk, Bielorussia, taking part in the ''Gran Gala'' in memory of M° Luciano Pavarotti. December, 2010, is in the theater of Lugo, Romagna to play the part of Mantova's Duke. In the summer of 2011 he participated in many concerts and festivals including the concert held Villa Puccini Museum in Torre Del Lago with the guest of honor Tenor Aquiles Machado, chased the concert in Gressoney (AO) in the hall of honor of the Savoy Castle.
